Welcome to the Potties Funduro. We're excited to have you join us for a fantastic day of riding. Whether you're chasing the podium or just here for a great day on the bike, we hope you enjoy our brand-new sections and friendly atmosphere.

Be at the riders’ briefing. This is where anything that has changed on the day gets announced.

The Route

Course Format

The Green Loop is the main route and is suitable for all riders. It is an easy, enjoyable loop with six technical sections branching off.

Your Class

Class Requirements

Gold
Complete all 6 technical sections every lap.
Silver
Complete 4 technical sections every lap.
Bronze
Complete 2 technical sections every lap.
Weekend Warrior
Ride the Green Loop and enjoy the day at your own pace.

Riders are welcome to attempt harder technical sections if they wish, but you will only be scored in the class you entered.

Six Of Them

Technical Sections

Six brand-new sections. Names, numbers and the class each one belongs to go up here once the track is marked.

All technical sections are brand new and have never been raced before.

Scoring

Timing

Please ensure you collect your timing QR code before the start.
Each technical section has a marshal issuing a coloured zip tie. You must collect the correct zip tie at every required technical section during each lap.
Marshals will move between sections throughout the event.

Look After Each Other

Safety Rules

Green Loop riders always have right of way.
When entering or exiting a technical section, stop, look both left and right, then proceed safely.
The track is wide enough for safe overtaking.
Slower riders, please move to the left when it is safe to allow faster riders through.
Faster riders, please be patient and respectful. Encourage newer riders and help us grow the sport.

Course Marking

Green markers: common loop, always on the left.
Orange markers: technical sections.
Every technical section has a board displaying its number, name and class.
Two markers on the right indicate a turn in that direction.
Always follow the course markers, not what you think or remember.

If It Goes Wrong

Bike Recovery

Should your motorcycle require recovery:

Running motorcycle: R1 000
Non-running motorcycle: R2 000

On Site

Facilities

Food and drinks will be available throughout the day.
Gazebos are welcome in the pit area.
The course is spectator-friendly, so bring your family, put on your hiking shoes, and come watch the action.

Before You Drive In

Farm Regulations

Due to current Foot-and-Mouth Disease biosecurity measures:

All vehicles will be sprayed on entry.
Dirty motorcycles will also be sprayed before entering the property.
